On June 6, LOTTE Energy Materials held a love PC sharing ceremony at Busong General Social Welfare Center in Iksan City with key stakeholders including Yoon Sung-hyun General Factory Manager, Jeong Mi-kyung Director of Korea Information Technology Welfare Foundation, and Jung Hak-seong Director of Busong General Social Welfare The delivery ceremony was organized as part of a business agreement signed with the Korea Information Technology Welfare Foundation in September to recycle IT assets that have reached the end of their useful life and contribute to environmental protection in order to bridge the information gap for vulnerable people and strengthen their digital literacy capabilities.
LOTTE Energy Materials donated about 200 IT assets such as PCs and monitors to the Korea Information Technology Welfare Foundation, which then reconditioned them for inspection and repair before delivering them to Busong General Social Welfare Center in Iksan and Dream Tree Village in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. This month, it plans to support underprivileged people with information in central regions such as Daejeon.'
